Prof. Topczewski was quoted in a Popular Science article discussing a recent fatal accident at a Buffalo Wild Wings - https://www.popsci.com/story/science/safe-cleaning-agents-use/ It is a tragic retelling of a classic story – read the label and don’t mix bleach with other cleaners. Hopefully, the discussion was refocused a bit.
